St Pat’s Social Christmas Luncheon

On Wednesday 9 December, 2020, another successful Parish social gathering was held at Massey Park Brasserie. The recent more liberal COVID-19 rules allowed us to have three tables with a total of 30 people attending.

Father Tom began the proceedings with Grace, a definite prayer of thankfulness after such a challenging year.

A delicious three course meal was served, with a Christmas theme. The highlight as usual was the Lucky Door Prizes, with several people leaving afterwards bearing the lovely gifts.

Many thanks to Anne Manenti and Dianne Chestney and the Social Committee for organising this event. Their perseverance and generosity are to be congratulated.  They are also organising another luncheon for the Bingo Group, on Monday 14 December.

We are so fortunate to be able to attend these functions after so many restrictions during this difficult year.
