The “CATECHIST SUNDAY” will be held on 3rd & 4th February 2018.

At all our Masses this week-end one of our Catechists will speak to us about their special ministry at Mortlake Public Primary School. We have a team of 13 catechists providing faith education at Mortlake Primary School. We will pray over them this week-end and formally commission them as they go forth to teach the children this year.

Maybe you could become a catechist. It involves only a few hours of your time on a Wednesday morning. Training and support are provided to all catechists.

Give some thought that you might give a few hours each week to offer some faith education for the Catholic students in our local primary school.
