After consultation, it has been agreed that a history of our parish of St. Pat’s, Mortlake will be collated and presented to us in time for the church’s 125th anniversary celebrations later this year. We aim to produce an easy-to-read yet scholarly book, which will be inclusive of the different stages in the parish’s history and supported by a wide range of photos that reflect the parish’s development from the 1890s to recent developments, including the impressive new school. This publication will be available for purchase.

We now invite the community – current and past – to check their cupboards for memorable photos and also to jot down any interesting stories about people and events in the life of our St. Pat’s community. We ask that any materials be carefully identified and left with the Parish Office, and they will be returned promptly. If you wish to scan photos, please send by email to the Parish Office ([email protected]) Thank you in advance for all contributions, which we will aim, wherever possible, to include in the publication.

During the next few weeks and months we will update you on progress of this exciting project, together with functions we will be holding to mark our 125th anniversary.
